I suffer from a considerable amount of anxiety. Hypnotherapy was suggested, but I was not a believer. I decided to give it a try, and it was one of the best decision I’ve ever made. Calma is amazing! Her professionalism put me at ease as she explained the process to me. I left feeling more calm and relaxed. I am looking forward to our next session! I would recommend Calma without hesitation!

Hypnotherapy that really works!
Calma Frett, CCHt is a master when it comes to hypnotherapy. At first, I was skeptical however, Ms. Frett patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I am now, half way through with my sessions and I can honestly say, I think and feel differently. The process of Hypnotherapy has done that for me! I am now more confident and hopeful about my future endeavors.
Thank you Ms. Frett, for your calm and inviting approach to Hypnotherapy.

…Because it's relaxing! ...Because it's non-invasive!
...Because it works!
The subconscious mind is considered to be the source of many of our feelings, attitudes, beliefs and behaviors. It is the driving force behind what prohibits us and what motivates us.
Hypnosis is a powerful tool for accessing the subconscious mind and creating improvements in our lives.
Hypnotherapy successfully treats many conditions and improves many aspects in our lives.
According to Time Magazine (Time.com, 2018), Irving Kirsch, director at Harvard Medical School, credited hypnosis as being “a well-studied and legitimate form of adjunct treatment.”
- The client has to be willing
- The client has to trust the hypnotherapist
- The client is comfortable knowing that they won't compromise their morals or values; and at no time will they do anything they don't want to do.
Have you ever driven a car and felt as though you were driving on autopilot with no recollection of what transpired on route? Or listen to music and lose track of time? What about watching a movie on a big screen and becoming so engaged that you begin to feel like what you are watching is real. If you answered yes to any of the above, then you've been in trance before. Hypnosis is a simply a state of trance.

Hypnosis is NOT mind control. YOU are always in control. Under hypnosis you are completely alert and aware of everything around you. Imagine yourself just before you drift off into sleep, that moment between sleep and wake...is similar to hypnosis.
Not unless you want to... No, seriously...
Hypnotherapy, unlike stage hypnosis, is about vocational and avocational self-improvement. You set the intention and we work together to make the change.
There is no definite answer to this question. It depends on each individual. We are all different. Some identified problems may need one session, others may need more. A good rule of thumb is to plan for three sessions and then re-evaluate.
